Ain't getting any tailor BODs - what am I doing wrong?

I'm new to tailoring and has so far obtained two BODs. However, now 6 hours after the last I ain't able to get any new as it seems. I do the following (tailor near Brit bank - NPC: Delbert).

1. Click Bulk Order Info from the NPC menu.
2. Receives the message that I can get an order now.
3. Creates 20 skullcaps.
4. Sell the skullcaps to the same vendor.
5. Nothing happens.

Have tried this several times now and also with other type of cloth but the only this that happens is that I get to sell the stuff and that's it. What am I doing wrong?

Sometimes it takes many many items sold to get offered the BOD. Make sure you're selling to the tailor npc and not the weaver or tailor GM

Sell sell sell, you'll get offered the BOD eventually

Btw.. do you recommend saving the small ones <=20 or make them straight away? Third BOD now (20, 20, 15)... will the big ones come randomly or do I need to do something for them to come?

I used to save all of them, as they all go to a corresponding large bod. You'll randomly get larges

If you're interested in building up a cloth collection to sell I would do half and half. Save some for larges, especially things like cbd and runic kit lbods and turn some in to get your cloth train goin' choo choo.
