About Vendor Shops

So, I recently tried making a vendor shop. Everything went all right, but I found some problems with renting vendors. Ideology was not something I first thought. That was, when you place vendor contract to your house, people could click it and place it automatically without the need of house owner. It did not work quite like that... vendor renter and house owner has to be at the same place same time in order to get the vendor placed. Why it has not been automatized yet? Would be much better. Thus I do not quite get the idea of placing vendor contracts to house for waiting, if the system goes that way both parties having to be present.

Also when trying to remove vendors, the house owner and player, who rented it HAVE to be present at the vendor shop. At this I thought, if I removed vendors by myself their content would have gone automatically to the vendor owners bank. Plus the offer for terminating contract.

Could those thing be set more automatized? Thanks! For making vendor shopping better.

Also I can not customize my house during that time of waiting 24 days to get vendors off lol. Or waiting till renter comes online.

I have sort of a love-hate relationship with renting vendors. I'd love to have it automated so I don't have to go out and advertise renting spots, and then try to work around eachothers schedule to find time that we'll be on to set up the vendor.

but on the other end, I have a certain standard that I expect from people who rent out vendors at my shop. If I had no control over who placed a vendor, then I'd be afraid of having a bunch of empty vendors peppered into the mix.

One thing you can do to remove vendors, is unchecking the 'auto renew'. So after the rental period is up, the rented vendor gets dismissed.

Omg, I wish wish wish WISH house customization was available while vendors are placed.

Yeah well idea there was to give first month free in order to get vendor shop filled with vendors and populated via them. After first free month charging would have begun once per week.

What they should do is remove inactive vendors quicker. That would be a big improvement just move all the crap into the moving crates (the empty bags people leave for months on in) and the vendor rental contract deeds. It ruins good vendor spots.
