I saw on a guy in Cove a dark cloak that had more of a hoodie look to the top of it. It was not all white.

Can anyone find me the name of it? How much do they go for? How much are they?

If it had a hood that covered the head it was either a Robe of Forever (which was originally 15k donations and is no longer available, one time offer only --- Now it is worth even more due to unavailability) or a Faction shroud.

I think you are talking about this... it was a donation item. I cant remember the name or the price but there are a lot of them around.
