As the thread's title indicates this house is literally 1 screen from Yew and 5 screens from the Yew moongate. It also has its own personal stables 1 screen away so it really is a fantastic spot. You could probably turn this plot into a vendor house with the huge amount of traffic in the area or alternatively make it a great home for a tamer who uses the immediately adjacent stables.
