Cute wife. your next to Ace of Spades, he sells lots of slayer weapons and has good traffic. there's another vendor just past him that iv seen vendors up and come down on, not sure how they do. IMO id set up a vendor and see how it goes. was this an idoc or how did you aquire the property?

I was at work and just walking around placed a 7x7 quickly so messed with it a bit.
Figured anywhere you can shop from guard zone is going to be desirable to someone.

A crap location with good advertising is better then a good location with zero advertising. Get a gate bot to this spot, and advertise here and in game how you have great stuff in a GZ, create the customer base for a bit, and give away free runes at your vendor location, premarked. Then you will have no problem. Ever think of giving away a free marked rune with a recall scroll? good way to draw people too. Just keep your gate bot phrases short and readable.
