Absolutely great for vendoring!! just a step or two and you are in the guard zone 
right across bridge is bank. this is prime vendoring location for someone who is serious about having vendors or if you want to use to place faction vendors or if you want to use it to pvp out of. there are many options here. but these houses are in a great location! here's the pics....both side by side.
