+2 AR Robe/Cloak

Do the reward robes and cloaks (copper, gold, valorite etc...) that give +2 AR exist in the game? I have not seen any in my few days here.

I am willing to bet there will be vet rewards, and I am also willing to bet they will be rather insignificant and possibly not even introduced until further down the line when the population has grown a bit more.
