I have noticed a demand for prime mining houses so I have decided to move and allow someone else to enjoy some easy mining/LJ as much as I have. Thanks to eppy I was able to test and place a 18x17 right next to Minoc mountain front row, minimal blockage from the house next door. 1 mine entrance right at your back door and one to the front, lots of tree's out front for all your lumber needs as well. There is Zero spawn and loads of traffic from other crafters and neighbors which btw have been super cool and never caused me any issues..So Vendors could be a great fit here as well as a Guild HQ, I loved this house and hope it serves its next owner as well as it did me.. happy bidding and GL to all!

I guess maybe the price was a little out of range for most players at 3m starting bid so i have reduced it to a 2m starting bid and 3m buyout.. this is as low as i am willing to go for this plot sorry folks

too far from entrance? one entrance is 7 steps from the back step the other entrance is less than 1 screen away from front door.. the 3rd mine is 2.5 screens away.. im not sure how much closer you can get, i dont think you can place plots inside mines.. i kid i kid, hope you find what you are looking for ;)
