This 18x13 max storage sits north of Britain, near Snakes Pass. If you prefer classic houses, a large tower can also fit here. There is no blockage from neighbouring houses. A stray ettin, ogre or troll occasionally wonder up to the plot but it is generally very quiet.

I tested out the large tower space using the house placement tool and it was successful but I cancelled the placement (to avoid incurring the inflated classic house placement costs that come with the house placement tool!):
