Just checked this out, will have to pass sorry - I dont have boat, nor am I a sea type of guy.I think someone with those skills may prefer this.

Location is alright, i dont like crowded spaces, but this is by the sea, with minimal houses showing. Decided hard on this one, and sorry will let it go. Will get it if its like 600k tho or something lol
