WTS 16x16 Beach Plot

Selling my nice 16x16 Beach house! (someone correct me if the size is wrong, i bought a yr ago and i dont have an open account to test with a placement tool) Very quiet, no spawn. Daemons and red nps spawn a minute run time from the plot..good for quick gold. But nowhere near the house. Auction will end 24 hrs after last bid..or wednesday at 9pm central, whichever comes first.
