Putting my plot up for sale. It's a 13x14 on a grass peninsula, with water on two sides, and mountains right out the front door. There is no blockage. and only one neighbor who is very nice, and has a full/public rune library at your disposal. No spawn of any kind... not even a bird. It's out of the way, so don't have to worry about any pks (never seen one). This is a great location, especially if you like quick access to the water.
