Yo any nublets out there need a house for cheap cheap cheap? No markup, just trying to hook a new person up that needs a spot to store stuff, just have cash to pay for placing cost.
It is in a swamp, but no spawn anywhere around it, not a badass house, it is RIGHT next to a castle, but I mean it is bi and great for a newbie.
