120 Tailoring Power Scroll

What is the deal with this? I see previous posts in the Price Check thread stating this is worth less than 100K, but then I see multiple 115 Tailor Scrolls for sale at 600K plus...

What is this think worth?

115 is harder to get bc of the bods that give them as rewards. There are 120's all over the place for sale at around 90k.
There are 4 bods that will give a 115 tailor, 6 that will give a 120 tailor. 2 of the LBODs for the 115 are barbed LBODs and in all the bod collecting I've done, I don't think I have ever gotten a barbed bod.

Yeah and for what it's worth 120 tailor ps's go for 80k most often.
