Very cool spot! Any idea how much bigger? I had a small at the front of where the max storage and it was hell trying to figure out the placement lines.

the previous house was a 11x10, i was pking with a buddy and this dropped right as we ran by,was extremely lucky

yea that was in 2014 too, i imagine the plot has gained value, i would of paid 5mil for the 7x11 next door but they won't sell
