I saw lots of inscribe ss at the yew bank vendors, don't know which ones exactly but they can be accessed from the top of the yew bank, and I saw at least 3 different vendors with at least one or two scribe scrolls on each. I think the prices were kinda spendy though, 7k or 8k each if I recall correctly.
