I've seen poisoning at vendors for 80-90k at least 5 or 6 times the past few weeks. Not sure if that's a *going* rate or just hopeful-vendor rate, but either way.

Lockpicking scrolls go between 140-220k depending on seller. Most of the time they go for more than a taming SS.
