They actually skyrocketed a week to a week and a half ago and selling at 290 wouldn't have been a problem then, I sold off a lot at 300-350k during the desperation period. That has passed now and all the wealthy bulk buyers have calmed down or reached the number the needed. The prices are settling back towards 250k now.
