I have a character with about 60+ lockpicking skill. Before yesterday I was able to pick most locks on things up to and including Paragon Chests. Then I killed an Air Elemental Paragon and it dropped a Chest. When my Lockpick guy tried to open the Chest he got the "You don't see how that lock...
