DESCRIPTION:
When trying to utilize a bard NPC to teach the discordance skill, they will not respond to "Teach discordance". However, using "Teach entice" will result in the player being trained in discordance.
IMPACT:
Minor. There is an easy work around, and it's not a widely used skill...
