Nope, only 2story, im relatively new here(less then a month) so couldnt afford the 3story. I did however replace it to a 11x13 to prove the plots minimum possible size - an 11x15 might fit aswell. Fear not however, you get the money back from the 2story deed when demolishing it, so you can...
