Sure, if around 4 players standing around the city is considered active, then it's active. It's not active by my standards though. Moonglow, a much smaller city, has far more people in it. I find it sad, as I love Trinsic.

No, he personally uses Razor most likely. Reread his post. He doesn't auto-loot everything from a corpse, others do. Also, UOSteam is banned here, is it not?
