Yeah. I found my spot right next to yew xroads. Gonna go on a hike later today hopefully find one nearby for my partner in crime. If I see anything larger than 8x8 I'll try to pass it on

There are plenty of spots to put small houses still. I placed a 3story just the other day. Just buy a house placement tool and go on a wilderness walk. There are still 2 story spots, most likely even 3 story still available If u need help just lmk. Me and my buddy are new here too. Gl
