1) I've been playing with my character for about 2-3wks and some of his skills seem to be stuck...

Animal taming hasn't gone up for AGES, whereas my animal lore is 85.7...
Vet seems stuck, I got two bears to fight each other whilst I healed them and after about...
So, I just found out about the skill cap. W... T... F?! :(
I want to be a full time treasure hunting, sword fighting, animal tamer. I wanna ride a horse (and later a polar bear thingy!) through wild country killing evil monsters with my band of bears, wolves, and jack rabbits. And! I wanna flog...

I just started playing a few days ago, I got to adult status and now when i log in it wants me to start a new character... Have I lost my character or is it just because of those server problems?
(I had a horse! lol :P )
