Im a returning player... who/what do I contact to get my old account info?

I'm a returning player, and trying to get UO AutoMap to run. It loads, runs.. I get my location and my co-ordinates, but the field display is black. Am I missing something? Help!!!

My grand sons want to play. everything is installed, (Razor), login server and port is correct.. they try to type in a username and password, and get a message saying theree is a problem communicating with Origin, to reboot and try again. We can't get them into UOF. PLEASE advise!

First, thanks much for the forums, oh great ones. Even though Razor is legal to use in UOF (long may it reign), are what are considered the do's and don'ts of Razor macros? .. perhaps a recap of macro etiquette in general would be a good post as well.

I am wondering the WHY of just 3 on an IP. I would love to have a 4th account, or at the very least, 4 characters on EACH account. Can someone explain why the 3 account limit was set? Im not looking for a troll fest, just wanting to know the reasons behind the rule.

UOHomeOwner is a utility that shorthands the basic house commands of lockdown, secure, release, ban, remove. place trash barrel and place strongbox. I am wondering if anyoine else remembers this, is it usable/legal here, and if it isn't, how can we get it to be so? It.s been around since 2001...
