My character's status window always displays 0 for fire, cold, energy resist etc.., despite what armor I'm wearing. Are these resists removed from this server or do they just not show up?

I've been trying to access the download section of the webpage to dl the client on another one of my PCs. For some reason I can not access the main page or anything but the forums. Can anyone confirm if the website is down at the moment? Thanks
