I havent seen that happen but have never used a weapon. If you try to equip this while not in a faction it drops back to your pack. Just tested it.

Will figure the donation items at a 170k to 1k donation rate. So an ethy would be 170k gold and the bear would be 425k gold. The 4 AR shroud is for True Britannian Faction. It costs 5k silver which sells between 100gp and 125gp per. I would let that go at a 70gp per rate (350k)
