no one ever said he did, they have been spawning for 2 years like this, the pure white is around 6 months or so, the other white, is a dirty white and that spawns more frequent. dont go off the wiki its wrong for this server. there also is a ice blue wolf most dont kno about either....

if it was a paragon/Halloween mob, that it almost is just a paragon chest, either shadow/evil mage hue. post a pic of it! and no matter, the Halloween chests that drop are just rehued paragon chests of the same mob....

200+ Halloween mobs, 1 purple chest, 1 orange paint, 1 purple paint, chest was junk. 600k+ meta exp around 40 hours of play time so far. for what i have killed and the time spent, like many things, just be happy with what you have, because you never will be happy around here if you think...
