There are two entrances, both in Brit. One is in front of the inn where you spawn as a new character, the other is south west of the west brit bank. In both cases there are a pair of shining tiles. Step on to them to enter the newbie dungeon.

You can start the quest by double clicking on the restless spirits that are close to the dungeon entrance.
