Yeah it happens to be white. You didnt buy thehue you bought the title. The titles have no color until you assign a color to them, either one you startwith or a hue that you buy seperatly

To see the armor/weapon health it will tell you with arms lore. Every time you use a deeds its max hps lower

Check are blessed here so its hard to scam selling a house when they do it it should pop up and say someone is trying to transfer ownership of a house to you and in the trade window there is a dark blue scroll symbolizing the house
