I believe all orcs drop level 2 maps, so I would assume orc cave is a great place to farm lvl 2. Also shame has fire and air eles, which also drop lvl 2.

Even runic prices have dropped, on gold and below at least. Good luck selling any ASH it seems.

This as well as what haly said. At GM and above there is a better chance for exceptional BODs. This is exactly why tailors keep a runner at 80, to get those teir 1 and 2 bods. Above 100 you also start to get better chances at LBODs.
