I like our community, and have no idea why anyone would want to play with a bunch of mean spirited teenagers whose version of fun is griefing, scamming and bank sitting.
You can also find Hair Restyling Deeds on player vendors for cheaper (10k - 30k). Or you can find some new players and have them combine their new player tickets for a Hair Restyling Deed.
that would have to be done by modifying the client, or by filtering it through Razer/Steam. It would require modding or filtering your client and overriding those hues with another hue.
tl;dr there are better and more constructive means of gathering donations than allowing bank sitters to discourage players by looking like neon clowns.
Once they revamp factions, they can remove hooded shrouds as an incentive to joining a faction. They could put hooded shrouds up for 25k coins and people would buy them. We also haven't had a donation raffle in a few weeks. If they turned the houses in magincia into donation raffle houses, we...

Hair is one thing. Triple layered neon masks with double layered neon shoes with a pure white quiver from SE and a neon loincloth though...A little too much.
Colors are one thing. But they layering deeds and items from other expansions take away from the pre-aos nostalgia, which is the reason that a majority of players chose this server.
I understand that we need new donation items that keep the money going into the server. I even understand the neon items. But all of these new items are making the server look quite tacky (quiver, soiled loincloth, boot/mask layering deeds) it's getting a little crazy.
