Well i was talking in IRC to staff and something has come of it. He hasn't elaborated but he said they have been working on it all morning.

It means that they can add and change rules whenever they want without it having to be listed or anyone being notified of the change. Which it seems like that is what happened.

Not lying steve. Proof was provided in the screenshots in original post. I did not get a video of Barracoon multiclienting because I was too busy fighting off 3 tamers. 3 of his 100 tamers were there for sure. They were attacking me at the same time. I'll be sure to get picture proof next time...
