If it is not at least better than bronze runic weapons (Power +15) and of a weapon type that is worthwhile, just sell it to an NPC.
I'd add double axe into the list of worthwhile weapons - that is better than large battle axe.

Dragon scale armor isn't useless. It is arguably better than barbed bone armor, with only 2 less AR and a lot more durability, which means your AR will go down a lot faster with the bone armor.
I make these suits with a very low fail rate for exceptional with 120 BS + Britain crafting area...

The UO Launcher used to work on my laptop, but all that it does is crash on start now. I tried the usual compatibility mode and admin right tricks to no avail. I got everything from http://www.uoforever.com/patches/Shared/ if that includes any updates for this.
Not everyone wants to make a char with 100 tracking to find vendors, or even has space for such a char.
Shouldn't tracking NPCs work 100% as if you had 100 tracking skill on all chars regardless of your tracking skill? Doing that would make it so if you're just running around somewhere on one...
Just a thought that 20x exceptional barbed BODs (rather rare) can be turned in for a rare type of BOD cloth. Perhaps even just make it a lineup of random MOTM cloth. As it is, those are so rare they are like getting a valorite 20x exceptional plate piece or even rarer, but the reward is some...
