The first courtesy and respect is to let you play for free the best Ultima Online server all over the world, better than the official servers. You can play for free Crafting, PVM, PVP, Champ, Boss, RDA, RP. Even if EU time have less Event than USA its not a big problem, IMO.

The only way to protect newbies is to focus community in an area, like champions spawn for example or arch deamon, there people need to stay all together in an area of 40x40 or 200x200 so blues can defende themself and other blues can help (cause they know where to go). Thats why I suggest to...

we no need new cloth, we need a motm mob in every dungeon, lvl 1 will be perfect. So we can have pvm and pvp blue vs red and militia in dungeon (better lvl 1) so people can recall there and farm instead recall in 10 different rune decresing the chance to meet pk/blue
