If it was an item for 10% more skill gain for 10k dono... well maybe that wouldn't be so bad but an item that gives you 20% more control would be like a must have for tamers and putting that at 10k dono while tamers already have to invest up to 30 mil in a single pet would suck.

No. they still decay in houses. I think the best option would be to remove the non decay once the server/ddos issues are fixed and return it to what it was.

I think it's possible, it's like how we don't have a button for "deleting" posts, many forums have that but I think it was disabled here. Might be that they could only disable edit for the entire forum and not just for the selling sub forum so may still be impossible. I like the idea with the tag!
