This is basically doing the same thing as restock agents, just within the macro. I think the spirit of the script is in keeping with what they would like to see. It isn't auto looting people's corpses or anything.

Made an edit. It was checking if you had at least 15 of each reagent, but was getting 75. Changed so it checks if you have 75 instead of 15.
Also, it doesn't really check if you already have some of your items. It assumes you died and are needing everything.

Have a problem with sallos. When I move there is this whinning mechanical sounding noise. I noticed that it goes away when I turn off the "Smooth Movement" option. But, turning it off seems to get rid of a large reason for giving sallos a try in the first place.

Yes, you are right. At 0 Base Tracking skill, with my stats, I have 15.6 tracking. So, 15.6% chance to track. Pretty useless for trying to track. but, I guess it should be. Shouldn't just be getting free skills.
I read about the range change, but didn't see anything about the skill failing completely. So the 5 tiles that 0 tracking skill is supposed to work at really won't work at all since at 0 skill, you have a 0% chance of successfully tracking?
Sometimes when I use the Tracking skill and select "Players" it will tell me "You see no evidence of those in the area."

pouch is slightly darker than normal color and instead of "pouch" it displays "Currency" when you click on it. what is this? and where does it come from? never seen one before.
