I'm a couple of days new to the shard. I can't get tailor or blacksmith NPCs to offer me BODs. I've followed the wiki instructions and a number of suggestions from a variety of posts but I do not see the BOD info option. I went ahead and sold a lot (around 100) of items to the tailor vendor...
