your uo.cfg file may have your password saved in it. I remember there used to be an option for it, and Razor/Uosteam can also remember your password for you. Couple of places to check anyways.

I have more luck with razor if I have a counter set up for the tool I am trying to use, also make sure that the bag the tools are in is open. Those things usually seem to help me.
