This is a 3 of a kind. It was the reward for a media contest some months ago and there were only 3 winners, each receiving this prize. It is the exact same statue as the talisman quest statue. Needless to say this thing is HUGE. This one does not reset your talisman, that would be too cool. 
It can be axed and deeded, moved or whatever like everything else in your house.
Here is a picture of it to put size in perspective.
AFAIK there are no other statues out there (in player hands) that are anywhere near in size. This is the ultimate deco piece for any 30x30.
