Vendor restock time?

Trying to buy some wood for bowcrafter in training which is taking insanely ammount of wood which I will not harvest haha sooo

I've tried to time it but seems its random? Anyone got any comments on this?

NPC vendors should restock ever hour.

You also have to beat everyone else to the NPC when it spawns its new stock of wood.
