I thought I'd make a post to let you Americans know that your current president is doing a fine job (from changes in tax to Korea) unlike your previous one who did nothing but cash out after his term and purchase an $8.1 million home normally reserved for athletes and rappers.

    Your thoughts on your president?

(And no I don't care he cheated on his trophy wife with a porn star and a playboy bunny - this is how he is doing MAGA, not where he sticks his penis)

You might be autistic. Without question, you've been the most racist person on UOF for 5 years running. You eat tribalism for breakfast.

Everything this moron said has racist motives...
Trump is great except whoring on his wife.. Saying his daughter is a nice piece of ass.. Praising White supremacist as great people.. Taking away gay rights in the military ...banning people out of our country who can not help him profit.. Holly shit the list could go on and on.. Tax breaks for the rich while we get 20 50 $ a week to a month while gas prices are up almost 75 cents a gallon so again no tax breaks for the non wealthy... America was great for 8 years with obama for everyone not just people who look like you

You had me till this. Obama wasn't a bad president, but he wasn't a great one either. His accomplishments are things that would have happened regardless of him. Status quo is shit for a country as the world will pass them by.

Figureheads are figureheads but there's a certain level of...I dunno...having experience in public fucking service and not being a huge POS and being able to read and write and speak like a human being that's expected when you win a position like chief fucking figurehead of the country - I don't care where you're from. Even if you really didn't want to play president because you wanted only to be a martyr and cash in on the fame you probably should make an effort to be at least half-human. I'm looking at you, Ted Cruz. https://www.tedcruzforhumanpresident.com

Our ol pal "odumbo" really was a worthy figurehead. The quintessential gentleman.

But this isn't about him. This is about some queer named Jenny jugs. He wants to know what you think of the orange man.

I love the economy, my investments have never been better
I love the no BS in his decision making, like yea, we're moving our embassy in Israel, which has served as their capital for over 50 years. Those people aren't refugees anymore, they're clinging onto a reason to fight when the fight was over before most of us were even born. I mean seriously guys, this happened in 1948.
The government has done a great job in bringing business back to America. Apple is reinvesting their money in the US, other manufacturers are staying. I'm sorry, but it's not the governments job to ensure you have a 6 figure salary if you're not qualified for it. Work for it like the rest of us have.
Same thing with the tax breaks. You want to complain you only receive 50 more bucks a week while people in a higher tax bracket are getting back more, but I still pay a higher percentage of my income to taxes then you do. The government shouldn't give it back to you if you haven't even paid it in the first place, that's standardized income, and it never works.
Stop being a damn snowflake and work to improve yourself, not waiting for someone else to do it.

Aside from that, I wish he would STFU on twitter though, it's childish and annoying, but I base his performance on the country as a whole, not his reputation, and from there he's knocking it out of the park. Would 100% vote again. He's actually providing real tangible results compared to lip service we have had from others, just wish he could close his own lol

minimum wage increase will increase the cost of everything in a near net zero effect, or will actually cut existing jobs. Look at all the McDonalds now that have automated kiosks to order, they've even experimented with robotic "chefs" at those places. They would need to adapt that way or increase prices across the board to accomodate higher wages. It's just how it works.

If you're a minimum wage worker, you're generally there for a reason, whether that's your own fault or not. low skilled, low dependability, unfit for duty, low education. Baltimore is disgusting with professional state assistance employees because of government handouts, and they have absolutely no desire to better themselves or get out of it.

True story, not even a friend of a friend, I was standing there for it. My wife works for a plastic surgeon, mainly for breast augmentation but focuses on cancer patients. Had someone come in on state assistance wanting breast implants to better her morale, and the state wouldn't pay. My wife told her with a full evaluation and it could be proven as stressful or whatever that most private insurance plans would at least cover a portion, so if she were employed that would be an option.

The response in a nutshell, is why should she get a job when the state pays her all she needs and puts a roof over her head.

Sorry, but trash like that and the assistance programs that breed it all need to stop. I don't care if they end up homeless. Take care of the sick, take care of the elderly, take care of the veterans, and stop the trash that can easily work and contribute from sucking off the program because they're too lazy.

Agreed with one thing you said..
$7.50 per hour is too low for anyone to live on, a higher minimum wage will help create jobs and grow the economy the declining value of the minimum wage is one of the primary causes of wage inequality between low- and middle-income workers
I am not talking about what you call "trash" i am talking about the ones who are working 40 50 hours a week my friend

Tax breaks for the rich... those "rich" people pay more tax than the poor. Tax the rich too much and they'll move countries. That tax they pay then provides your benefits. I.e where I'm from 51% of families receive more benefits than they pay in taxes. Sure, most of them cry poor and hate the "rich", but it's those "rich" people paying (or subsidizing) their lifestyle and benefits.

The "rich" also provide jobs through investment- I.e your Corp tax rate being reduced big time (by trump) encourages investment back into the USA rather than say overseas.

As per gays in the military- why should tax payers foot the bill for John to turn into Josephine? Military service isn't about some idealism equality quota spouted by snowflakes. Beyond that the stat of depression amongst trannies is around 36.2% rather than 6.8% of the general population - meaning there's a much higher chance of mental health issues arising in say combat conditions, further risking more lives for the sake of feeling warm and fuzzy. Would you want someone with chronic depression in the military?

Look beyond the persona you see in fox news spouting he drowns kittens and realise he's actually doing something for your country.

One thing that I know is that the poor and the stupid are just that.

Raising min wage really won't do shit but make business conditions tougher which means either the consumer gets burnt on prices and/or less staff or as what is coming more automation.

Beyond that the poor and the stupid would use said increase to max that credit card out just a lil further or buy another flat screen. They may even find things like their roach infested apartment rent rising as you could argue it's inflationary.

Where I'm from we have such generous welfare that simply by crapping out kids with no husband entitles you to welfare above min wage and heavily subsidized state housing, leaving little if any incentive to actually work or better yourself. And it gets even more lucrative if you "study" - yes they pay you more (lol) or claim some bogus disability they can't disprove.

A price floor on labor creates a surplus of workers. At a price of $15 per hour, workers who are willing to sell their labor outnumber business owners willing to hire them.

Lip service has undeniably been the job, not discounting that one bit. Hell Obama got the nobel peace prize for lip service that resulted in absolutely nothing.

What you're seeing though is tons of people that are tired of just lip service. They want results. I honestly don't like the dude's character, and I think he's kind of a slimeball, but fact of the matter is he's getting results.

He took the chains off the military in regards to ISIS, and quickly liberated the lands they occupied instead of a long drawn out thing (Even many generals have stood behind this being one of the main reasons to their success).

He has stopped the BS of the refugee crisis in the west bank. You're not refugees. No other civilization stayed a refugee for over 60 years claiming they're displaced. They moved on, rebuilt, and got back to their lives. Some of these 'refugees' are sons of sons of refugees, 3 generations removed. That just makes you a damn moron at that point.

I'm waiting to see actual results, but we may finally have an end in sight to the north korea deal. Call it crazy, but I think his bat shit crazy approach, demeanor and my button is bigger then yours worked. Kim is tyrannical, not suicidal, and he was seeing the writing on the wall.

He cut our UN spending, which was drastically out of proportion to other members.

Even going back to his sh*thole countries remarks. Guess what... it's 100% true. I mean it was legitimately a damn lottery to come to the US and live here, getting government assistance for the move and you had no requirement to better the country. Why shouldn't it be merit based? Would you like an employer to give you a co-worker, take 15% of your wages to pass towards him, and he doesn't help or provide any tangible benefits? News Flash, many many many other countries have the same exact merit based, you need a reason to be coming here immigration standards. We didn't, and I think it's damn well time we adopt it.

And speaking of immigration, he hasn't closed the borders, but he wants more vetting and to get rid of illegals. That's exactly how it should be, and I have 2 close friends who immigrated to the US, one from Ireland, the other from Australia, and they were absolutely enraged at the DACA BS and free citizenship that some of the dem's were pushing. They went through the process to do it legally, to come live here and work, why should others get the free ride?

I can honestly say, if the media even spent 20% of their time on his accomplishments compared to times he's pissing someone off, the country's view on him would be entirely different.

    https://www.seattletimes.com/seattl...crazy-housing-market-but-theres-no-more-room/

doing great but nobody can afford housing even with the higher wages? If you think the people making 10 bucks an hour have absolutely anything to do with the local economy you're oblivious to how a local economy works.

"Perhaps most importantly, merit-based immigration systems have brought impressive results for countries that have implemented them. (See FAIR Legislative Update, Apr. 18, 2017) Canadian government data shows that the labor participation rate for immigrants through the federal skilled worker program was 89%, and average salary was $40,000 in year one and $47,000 in year two. (Townhall, Mar. 11, 2017) For Australia, 68% of immigrants to Australia are skill based, while 31% are family based. The labor force participation rate of independent skilled immigrants is 96%, much higher than the 67% among native-born Australians. (Id.) Further, 85% of these immigrants are working full-time with a median earning of $79,000 AUD."
    source: https://fairus.org/legislative-updates/merit-based-immigration-systems-are-common-around-world

That's right... Even Canada, the friendliest country in the world that angers nobody, utilizes a merit based immigration system.

And we do help those sh*thole countries by pouring millions of millions of dollars into them, more then any other country in the world, which while it's even my taxes that are paying some of it, I have no problem with whatsoever giving assistance.

    https://data.oecd.org/chart/5b49

That doesn't mean bring them here and give them a free ride.

And I'd also like you to show where any one of my statements I made on his accomplishments are false. I'll be waiting
