Selling this custom plot that is one screen from the Yew Guard Zone. Awesome location with very few surrounding houses. This auction will end on Tuesday afternoon unless the buyout is met or a suitable trade is negotiated.

I would also consider trading this property straight up for an equal or larger plot in the Rat Valley/Yew Lich/Yew Orc Fort area a bit further away from the guard zone. I reserve the right to not sell this property if I choose to close this auction for whatever reason.
