Slayer properties on blessed bloody plate armor?

Can I turn the blessed bloody platemail into slayer armor?

Or any other of the blessed armors on the gold sink vendor?

my goal is really good armor that I can't lose or break

No. On my option for blessed slayer armor is newbie items (very low are) or a few rare items that have slayer properties and are blessed. Ie. Lock cole gloves.
