I picked up a multi-faceted charge crystal for Hythloth, just wondering what it does?

You turn them into an altar that's located in the dungeon; when the amount reaches 50 it'll spawn a dungeon boss. Turning these in will allow you a chance to obtain a relic when the boss is killed.
