Infected Wounds Relic

Ok, so I know there have been some changes with this relic recently. It appears that sometimes the relic activates or tries to (get message saying time remaining) then after I poison a weapon, the relic no longer works. It is difficult to reproduce exactly, since sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't. It appeared to happen after I use greater poison this last time. I have tried logging back out and in, switching weapons, both 2h and 1h and it wont activate. My double strike it working fine throughout, so I am pretty sure it is just the infected wounds relic.

Don't use a poisoned weapon for now.

OK, what's weird is about 2 hours later, I put a regular poison on it and it worked. Then it would work fine. Really weird...... btw I took the talisman down and back up waited 15 didn't work. Died and waited 15 didn't work. Went in dungeon wasn't functioning, applied a poison and then it did. I know your working on it and I appreciate it. The 2h weapon wasnt working either. The success I had was with a katana.
