Imbue this!

an addition to the perk system: Using the wealth, skill, affinity and harvest perks only. Reinstate the imbue skill to 'enchant' items. The skill requires dust you obtain by destroying a magical weapon or armor. Can only be harvested if you have alchemy, imbuing and the appropriate craft for whichever item you're destroying. Carpentry and alchemy for clubs and so on. This dust is combined with the perk and item you're enchanting. The enchantments last until that perk was meant to expire. You'd need 80 minimum skill to imbue a perk with a fail chance at 1-20. So at GM you wouldn't fail. 1-80 will be skilled by disenchanting items. This will create a huge sink for magic weps and get people pkin each other for enchanted goods. There needs to be risk vs reward. With the current perk system; they are blessed. Which doesn't have to change. Think about the risk in taking out an enchanted suit of wealth armor. You could potentially lose the entire set to a pk/looter; But the perks you have could stack and and rewards would be great. Or it could be liberated by another to use. It will take a TON of items out of the game for a perk/enchantment that still has an expiration date. Imagine having two pieces of affinity armor and your pet listening always. You could put a formula in to desegregate the amount given when stacking the perks. To govern them from becoming overpowered.
