Good day.

I will go to the business trip for a long time abroad. I have the next few questions. I've tried to find the guide at UO WIKI but I couldn't. please give me some advice.

(1) How often should I log in my account not to be deleted at least?
(2) How often should I refresh my house not to be collapsed?

Please let me know this correctly. I want to play UOF again after my business trip with my house :)

Account there is no need.
Your house will collapse in 4 weeks. :) However, you can friend someone who can refresh it.
