Healthy Gland

So at an idoc last night, a chest had a bunch of seeds and random items and then I got a healthy gland. I've searched forums, can't seem to find it. Any ideas?

I think they came in plague beast containers, long time ago. Neat rare IMO.

Well a GM confirmed what Karl said. They haven't spawned Plague Beasts for over a year, which is where this little guy came from. So definitely a rare
