Fresh Install-Super Lag

I just installed fresh,
My computer is fine, my connection is excellent to everything else but with this I am super laggy. Why? Any help?

UO version 7.0.45.0

All i have done is use the UOF launcher to install and update everything. It also keeps trying to update the same two files everytime I open the launcher

Turn off "Use smart CPU usage reduction" in Razor.

btw. I got the same issue. The latest update doesn't work.

still happens even with stellos, steam and orion\
